When I went to Visit the Seaside

I love my friends.

It was one of the girls birthdays a couple of weekends ago, and yes I still have no job, and yes I still have no money, but it would have been rude of me to miss out on this beautiful trip, to Plymouth. I never realised how pretty Plymouth was, oh silly London girl, and my non cultured self.

I have two interviews coming up this week, one in Topshop, and the other in Ted Baker, both of them would be a bit lush. So fingers crossed.

Ps if you havn't commented on my street style photos on Vogue (below) Pretty Pretty Please could you do the honors to help me become a successful street style photographer.
I hope you are well. xx

A White Story

Paolo Roversi is a favourite photographer of mine, his concepts and outcomes are always so soft and perfect, here is a favourite piece of work he had done earlier in the year for Vogue Italia in April 2010 with models Guinevere van Seenus, and Sasha Pivovarova (a favourite editorial model)
What I love about this shoot is that the colour 'white' doesn't look boring.

Amazing Aritzia

I have been away for the weekend, and having come back, taking a sneeky peek at my sister blog here to notice she had posted the gorgeous look of Aritzia, something so delicious but simple bringing a smile to my face.

Joy.

Fall 2010 - Gorgeous Givenchy Couture

In terms of amazing, jaw dropping fashion design this is about as good as it gets.
The highly detailed dresses were nothing short of amazing and detailed with lace, applique, fringe and feathers.

Drawing Nicole Kidmans Faaaayce

I think I have gone slightly delirious at this moment in time.

Here's a short quick sketch for you types.

I am trying really hard not to be dissapointed.

(source; , enana.tumblr, myself in my horsie cardi, Them Atelier Spring/Summer 2011 Lookbook,)

Three shades from left, Chanel Khaki Vert, a moss green, Chanel Khaki Brun a brown meets grey and Chanel Khaki Rose a terracotta hue. Each shade retails at £19.

Is it just me, or does the colour palette of the collection goes hand in hand with the current utility, military and camouflage trends?

September Days

Barbora Vesela & Marion Sealy by Nicole Hill.

Its a sad time as we approach the last days of summer, so soak up as much remaining sun as you can and sit back and relax whilst photographer Nicole Hill reminds us of the freedom and laziness of these sweltering days.

A,B,C...Dalton Ghetti

Pondering over my favourite blogs, I stumbled across this bizarre but talented by Dalton Ghetti on Rackk and Ruin, and umm...WOW, he must have a LOT of patience...

The dude doesn't even use a magnifying glass. Hard Core.

Anastasia Scherchen by Waldemar Hansson for F ♥ Hush #1

Whilst doing come website cruising, I came across this magical number. I absolute love the tones and textures, its rather mysterious, in a beautiful way... mmmm tasty.
I hope you have had a lovely sunny Thursday, and I shall be posting some photos I took at the beginning of the summer, I have been rather rubbish. Oops. x

Lets Try Something New

So being away from university, I haven't done any illustrations for a long long time, its very upsetting, but I have had the opportunity to do some recently, and I have slightly changed my style, its a bit more arty farty with the use of paint strokes, and a nice rusty feel on old brown paper.

For some summer illustrations from back in the uni day click here.

I hope your all well, and enjoying the sun. x

A cute deviant

On my daily dose on lookbook, I stumbled upon a very talented 16 year old photographer, the majority of her photographs are dancing with the nature, but her work is oh so pretty, and worth while taking a looksie here.

I agree with Bo & Bella

I still want to do this with my hair, but just graduated and trying to get a career, i really think it wouldn't be the best idea.

I may be coming into London Thursday, who is about? would be lovely to see some of your blogging faces. x
